Important information
- The free admission is only possible with an original valid version of the season pass.
- Annual passes are only valid for their owners. They are not transferable or exchangeable. Benefits, promotions and discounts of the annual passes are for the personal use of the pass-owner only. Abuse leads to devaluation / termination of the pass.
- Please keep in mind that all benefits of the annual passes are valid once per pass. Example: If you already used your friends-tickets of the season pass 2023 on 2022 you will not get new friends-tickets for 2023.
- The golden cup is given out once and you have to bring it everytime you visit the park.
- Friends-tickets can not be used for our halloween-special.
- Season passes with discounts for the shop and for gastronomy have to be shown unsolicited before purchase or order to our employees.
- In case of a loss of your season pass we have to raise an administraton fee for the reprint in the amount of 5€. This fee will also be raised if you forget your pass when visiting the park.
- The loss of a season pass has to be reported immediately to BELANTIS via Mail: online@belantis.de
- All prices depend on demand and availability. Special promotions/discounts are only valid in the communicated time period. They are not combinable/accumulative with other offers, promotions and discounts. Subject to changes and mistakes.
