Partner benefits
Enjoy exclusive discounts at our partner parks and with numerous leisure providers throughout the region and across Germany.

•

• Free admission to the park is only possible with a valid Adventure Pass card in the original.

• The Adventure Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Admission is valid on regular opening days. Special events are excluded.

• Adventure Passes are personalized and non-transferable or exchangeable. Discounts and special promotions associated with the Adventure Pass are exclusively for the personal use of the Adventure Pass holder and may not be transferred to others. Misuse may result in the cancellation or termination of the Adventure Pass.

• Please note that the benefits are stored on the Adventure Pass card only once.

• The discounted tickets for friends cannot be redeemed on October 31. The benefit is available from your first visit and can only be used at the park's on-site ticket counters. You may redeem all four discounted tickets on a single day or spread them across up to four visits. The discount is based on the current on-site ticket price plus the applicable ticket counter fee. The current price is displayed at the park entrance.

• To receive the applicable discount in the shop or restaurants, the Adventure Pass must be presented without being asked before making a purchase or placing an order.

• The discount on food, beverages and souvenirs does not apply to photo products, sales stands operated by external partners or freestanding vending machines.

• Partner benefits may change or be discontinued during the validity period of the Adventure Pass. The applicable partner terms and conditions published on our website shall apply: BELANTIS.de/abenteuerpass.

• In case of loss or if the Adventure Pass is forgotten, a €5 administration fee will be charged for issuing a replacement. A replacement can only be issued upon presentation of a valid identity card or other proof of identification.

• All prices are subject to availability and available upon request. Special promotions and discounts are only valid during the specified period and cannot be combined or accumulated with other offers, promotions or discounts. Subject to changes and errors.

• For free admission or special benefits at partner parks, the terms and conditions of the respective partner parks apply (e.g. blackout dates during school holidays or public holidays, and individual discount conditions).

• The General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of EVENT PARK GmbH also apply.

• Before their first visit, the Adventure Pass holder (or their legal representative) must have the Adventure Pass activated at the ticket counter and complete the declaration for the simplified admission procedure.
