No. Even as an annual pass holder, you must purchase your parking ticket separately. This is because the parking area is managed by an external company. Therefore, fixed costs apply, which we must charge separately and cannot include in our tickets or the annual pass. In addition, parking tickets cannot be sold online by us or bundled with any offers.

No. Annual passes are issued personally and are non-transferable. Each visit requires verification with an official ID. Alternatively, with prior consent, our simplified entry procedure can be used. In this process, an automated check is performed at the turnstiles using a camera. A detailed description of this procedure can be found here.

Yes, we have connections from Leipziger Stadtwerke (public utility company) that can be used to charge electric cars.

Dogs are welcome at our park if they are kept on a leash. In the interests of all visitors to the amusement park, we ask you to bring a hygiene kit with you. If necessary, you can obtain a kit from the ticket shop. Dogs must not be left unattended in the park. Furthermore, dogs are not allowed in our shows or on our rides. Dangerous dogs as defined by Saxony's law on the protection of the population from dangerous dogs may not be brought into the park out of consideration for other visitors (these include American Staffordshire Terriers, Pitbull Terriers, and Bull Terriers).
