Hi, I’m Antje…
…and I’ve been an Adventure Maker at BELANTIS for over five years. During this time, I’ve worked in many different areas of our amusement park. When I’m not operating a ride myself, you’ll find me at the entrance in our Guest Services. We are the first point of contact for tickets, park entry, or directions to the next attraction. Of course, we’re also happy to help with lost and found items. My favorite part is seeing a guest leave our park with a smile and maybe even taking a season pass for their next visit on the way out.

Your day as an adventure maker

As a Guest Services employee, your day begins at BELANTIS Castle as soon as you put on your BELANTIS uniform. Here, you are the first point of contact for our guests: welcoming them to BELANTIS, advising them on ticket purchases, and helping them pass through the turnstiles. You’re also always available to listen to guest feedback, questions, or suggestions for improvement.

Your lunch break takes place in our cafeteria, where a daily rotating menu awaits and you can chat with fellow BELANERS about your experiences so far. In the afternoon, as guests begin to leave, you assist them in validating their park tickets or converting day tickets into season passes so they can enjoy the AbenteuerReich even more often. When the park gates close, you head home with many new impressions and the smiles of countless guests in your mind.
