We are committed to making our park barrier-free and accessible for all guests. To ensure that the park experience is also an unforgettable experience for guests with disabilities, here is some helpful information.

BELANTIS aims to be a good host for all guests under the goal of inclusion.

This information has been created to give all guests with special needs the opportunity for a self-assessment.

Only our guests know their own limitations, how they can compensate for them, and which risks they are willing to take.

On the other hand, only we as the operators of the Adventure Realm know the risks of the attractions. We must share this information with our guests and together carry a significant portion of the responsibility. The basis of our information includes numerous risk assessments and safety evaluations from the attraction manufacturers as well as from BELANTIS.

Please note that being excluded from a ride for health or safety reasons does not count as discrimination. We will continue to do everything possible to further develop inclusion without compromising the safety of our guests. For specific questions regarding your adventure, the Guest Service at the entrance and our ride operators are available to assist you.
