BELANTIS for tour operators
We’re so pleased that you’re planning to book a group outing to BELANTIS. By making a booking, you accept our current regulations. Please familiarise yourself with them below:
‘The group leader/guide is aware that, in accordance with the current Saxon Corona Protection Ordinance, each person is permitted to be in a public space with max. 10 other people who are not part of their household.
The group leader/guide is obliged to ensure that the people from their group are only moving around the park in fixed subgroups of max. 10 people at any one time.
The group leader/guide shall fully indemnify EVENT PARK against all damages, claims, fines and any other consequences resulting from a breach of this obligation, regardless of fault.’

General conditions
- Tickets must be booked in writing at least 7 days in advance.
- You will receive your admission tickets from the ticket office on the day of your visit on presentation of the booking confirmation sent to you.
- You can still amend the number of guests on the day of arrival (provided this number does not fall below the minimum group size).
- We will only charge you for the number of people who actually attend.
- Please pay at the ticket office by cash or EC/credit card.
- If you are a contractual partner, it is also possible to pay by invoice after arrival.

Cooperation partners
- You will receive a fixed amount per paying group member as commission.
- We will support you in the planning and promotion of your trips + provide you with images and text material free of charge.
- Bus drivers receive free admission to the park + a meal voucher worth EUR 5 per person.
(Tour guides can also take advantage this offer, though it must be booked in advance. You will also need to present your proof of profession.) - Your coaches can park in our coach parking area free of charge (near the group ticket office and the park entrance).

Our special offer for travel agents
- You and max. 4 other people will receive adult tickets for the price of EUR 26.50.
- You can take advantage of this special offer multiple times during the 2021 season.
- You do not need to book in advance.
- Simply present your travel agent ID, business card or proof of employment and the adventure can begin!
- There is one exception: admission to the park is not possible on 31/10/2021.
- Please also note the following information: This discount cannot be combined with any other offers or campaigns. Cash payments are not possible.
