Our special offer for travel agents
- You and up to four other people will receive adult tickets for €31.50.
- You can take advantage of this special offer multiple times during the 2026 season.
- No prior registration is required.
- Simply show your travel agent ID, business card, or proof of employment at the ticket office and let the adventure begin!
- There is one exception: admission is not possible on October 31, 2020.
- Please also note: the discount cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. Cash payment is not possible.
Cooperation partners Advance sales
- You will receive a fixed commission for each paying group guest.
- We will assist you in planning and advertising your trips and provide you with image and text material free of charge.
- Bus drivers receive free admission to the park and a food voucher worth €5 per person. (Tour guides can also take advantage of this offer by booking in advance. Valid upon presentation of professional ID.)
- Your buses can park in our bus parking lot free of charge (near the group ticket office and the park entrance).
General conditions
Registration as a travel agent:
- Valid ID (PEP card) or similar proof must be presented.
- Payment must be made in cash or by EC/credit card at the ticket office.
Group registration:
- Written advance registration is required at least 7 days in advance.
- You will receive your tickets at the ticket office on the day of your visit upon presentation of the reservation confirmation sent to you.
- The number of participants can be adjusted on the day of arrival (subject to the minimum group size).
- We will only charge for the number of people who actually attend.
- Payment must be made in cash or by EC/credit card at the ticket office.
- In the case of contractual cooperation, payment by invoice after arrival is also possible.
