IMPORTANT TERMS OF USAGE
- Free entrance to the park is possible only with valid season ticket in original.
- Valid until the end of the calendar year concerned
- Season passes are personal, non-transferable or exchangeable. Season pass discounts and special promotions are valid only for the personal use of the season pass holder and are not transferable. Misuse will result in invalidation/cancellation of the Season Pass.
- Please note, benefits are unique to the season pass card. Example: If you have already redeemed your 2024 Season Pass Friends Tickets in 2023, you will not receive any new Friends Tickets in 2024.
- The Gold Cup is only available once and must be brought back for every visit thereafter.
- Free Friends tickets are only available after the 2nd visit.
- Friends tickets cannot be redeemed for the Halloween special. Exception: Season Pass KÖNIG 2024 (not valid for Season Pass KÖNIG 2023).
- Season passes with discounts in the store or restaurant must be presented without being asked before purchase and before ordering in order to receive the corresponding discount.
- In case of loss or forgetting the season pass, an administrative fee for reprinting of 5€ will be charged. A reprint is only possible with a valid identity card.
- All prices are on request and subject to availability. Special offers/discounts are only valid in the indicated period and cannot be combined/accumulated with other offers, promotions and discounts. Changes and errors excepted.
- In case of free entries or special services of other partner parks, the terms and conditions of the partner parks must be observed (e.g. exclusion days during vacations, public vacations).
