Are there family tickets?

No, we do not offer special family tickets, as we want to cater to all types of families and a flat-rate ticket would not be suitable for this.

We require an invoice from BELANTIS.

If you require an invoice from BELANTIS, please send a message to online@belantis.de with your billing address and booking number/locator code, which can be found on the ticket.

Is it possible to upgrade a day ticket to an annual pass after our visit?

No, the upgrade can only be done on-site, as we cannot verify afterwards who has used the ticket.
