your day as an adventure maker

As a trainee at BELANTIS, you gain exciting insights into many areas of the company, allowing you to directly link the theory from vocational school with practical experience. Different focuses are set depending on your field of training.

For example, as a trainee in warehouse logistics, you assist with receiving and distributing goods to ensure the pizza ovens are always stocked.

If you are training in gardening and landscaping, you help maintain our green areas, plant entire sections, and ensure our guests enjoy a beautiful and colorful amusement park.

As a prospective Tourism and Leisure Management professional, you support both the operational park business and the necessary planning, such as staff scheduling or ordering supplies. Of course, you also get to know our commercial departments, including marketing, sales, accounting, and human resources.
