Nothing gets loose on your watch

Hi, I’m René…
…and I’ve been an Adventure Maker at BELANTIS for over 13 years. You’ll always find me wherever something needs to be inspected, tightened, or adjusted. Together with my colleagues, I make sure every day that all attractions are safe and fully operational, so our guests can enjoy them for a long time.

I’m looking forward to working with you soon to make sure nothing ever goes off track.

Key Information for Technicians

Your day as an adventure maker

As a technician, your day usually begins at your personal locker, where you put on your BELANTIS work clothing. During the team coffee, the tasks for the day are discussed. Afterwards, you head to the first attraction with your team partner. Together, you check the track, brakes, safety systems, and much more, and of course conduct a test ride so that the ride can be handed over fully operational to the ride operators.

Before the park opens, your team inspects each attraction step by step. During park operations, you’re also on call to help with stuck safety bars, malfunctioning light sensors, or unusual noises. While the morning shift enjoys a well-deserved end of their day, the afternoon shift handles maintenance and repair work to ensure all attractions are safe and ready for operation the next day.
