2. Scope of these Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all giveaways and sweepstakes conducted by the Organizer via social media channels or as part of events and promotional activities.

The specific conditions of each individual giveaway or sweepstake, including:

• participation period,
• eligibility requirements,
• type and scope of the prize,
• participation procedure,
• and any special conditions,

are set out in the respective giveaway post or description. Such information supplements these General Terms and Conditions.

3. Eligibility

Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in Germany who are at least  18 years old.

The following persons are excluded from participation:

• employees of the Organizer,
• employees of affiliated companies,
• and their respective family members.

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these Terms and Conditions, attempt to manipulate the giveaway, or use unauthorized means to participate.

4. Participation

Participation shall take place in accordance with the conditions described in the respective giveaway post.

Unless otherwise stated, participation is free of charge and not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.

Multiple entries, automated entries, or entries submitted via sweepstake agencies may be excluded.

5. Selection and Notification of Winners

Winners will be selected after the participation period has ended in accordance with the procedure described in the respective giveaway post.

Winners will be notified via the contact method specified in the giveaway (e.g. direct message, comment, or email).

If a winner does not respond within [e.g. 7 days] after notification, the prize may be reassigned.

6. Prizes

Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of prizes to third parties is excluded unless expressly agreed otherwise.

For physical prizes:
Shipping will be made to the address provided by the winner. The Organizer accepts no liability for delivery delays or shipping issues beyond its control.

7. Early Termination or Modification of the Giveaway

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate giveaways at any time without prior notice for good cause, particularly where proper execution cannot be guaranteed.

8. Liability

The Organizer shall only be liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for injury to life, body, or health and under mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected.

9. Data Protection

10. Social-Media-Disclaimer

The giveaways and sweepstakes are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the respective social media platforms.

The Organizer is solely responsible for the giveaways and sweepstakes.

11. Final Provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Legal recourse is excluded.

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
